Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic Adjustments
The goal of chiropractic treatment is to reduce the subluxation, increase the range of motion, reduce nerve irritability, and improve mobility. Our compassionate and qualified chiropractor will work with you to relieve this pain and get you back to being pain free every single day.
Most patients are doing well after 3 to 6 chiropractic adjustments.
Corrective Exercises
Dr. Greene became certified in 1984 by the American Chiropractic Association and specializes in the care and treatment of athletic injuries and the rehabilitation and restrengthening of those areas.
Yoga
Dr. Greene will teach you some simple yoga postures that you can do for the rest of your life that only take about 5 minutes and will lubricate the spinal column. The yoga techniques that Dr. Greene will teach you are up to 5000 years old.
Meditation
Dr. Greene recognizes that people do not get totally well on their own. They may have anxiety and insomnia because they can’t get their mind to stop chattering. Dr. Greene’s patients can get help with the ability to relax their brain. Dr. Greene can teach transcendental meditation with which 95% of patients find a profound sense of wellness in their mind.
Stretching Techniques
Dr. Greene works with you to get you the relief you need. He wants to not only relieve your pain, but also ensure that the pain never returns. There are many ways he can help you, but your treatment depends on your specific issues. Some of the methods that he helps patients with are stretching, adjustments, heat/ice, stimulation therapy, and much more.
Weight Training
Dr. Greene can teach you how to lift weights to increase the strength and balance of your body. He worked out with Arnold Schwarzenegger at Gold’s Gym in Venice back in the day.
Rehab Exercise Programs
Dr. Greene can develop a program of care that may combine more than one type of treatment depending on your personal needs. In addition to manipulation, the treatment plan may also include mobilization, massage, or rehabilitative exercises.
Sports Injuries
